2010 Resolutions Revisited
Today is July 1st! This implies I only have 6 months to total my 2010 resolutions! I was evaluating them this morning as well as am not doing well whatsoever ? Oh No!

Fitness Goals:
-Lose 20 pounds – (Intuitive Eating, cut back on sweets, eat whole foods)
Status: I’ve lost five pounds so far, however still have 15 to go. I’ve chose to join Weight Watchers as well as lose the rest with a much more organized plan because it seems I am not moving in the best direction with this.
Run a 1:45 half marathon as well as a sub four hour full marathon (yikes!)
Status: Nope. I have not run one half marathon this year as well as my full marathon was a stop working um, not rather there.
Plan: long beach full as well as I’m believing the Las vegas half to reach these goals!
– Do yoga twice a week
Status: I ended up being consumed with KB as well as yoga went out the window. I’m completely fine with that, however requirement to discover KB and/or yoga in SoCal now.
– Run five races
Status: 2 races down, 3 to go… TBA
– Recommit to being vegetarian
Status: I have stuck to this 90% as well as I’m at peace keeping that as well ?

Status: organized for September ?

Status: Fail, however I have a lot of books as well as programs to help

Status: working on it, however certainly happier than I’ve been in a long time!
Run – This morning I had to stall my run a bit since my tummy hurt from all the junk I ate yesterday. Boo. But, when I lastly did get out I did a excellent 6 miles!
