Hello! How’s it going? Sorry if you actually kinda like me a little and have observed Camiseta Borussia Monchengladbach I’ve been posting less. I’m studying to be a health coach and am doing the Integrative Nutrition program. It’s taking up some of the time I used to be posting so I’ve stepped it down to once a day.

The good news is, I really really love the program so far and am learning so much. I am eating all this information up (no pun intended) and find myself nodding while listening to lectures or telling my mommy about something new I learned all the time.

Anyway. Yeah. I’m still blogging daily, but probably just once a day a lot of of the time, depending on life and stuff.

Let’s get to it! Last night I made a very random but delicious stir-fry with eggs and almond slivers.

And this morning I couldn’t decide between a smoothie or oatmeal, so I had both. works for me.

Have you tried the newish Quaker Steel cut oats? I love the texture of steel cut oatmeal so I was all about this.

In my green smoothie: Frozen banana, handful spinach, half scoop protein powder, ice, almond milk.
