Shorts, No Buns

happy Monday! I started my day with a 4 mile run – no Garmin since I just desired this to be a healing run. great thing since I felt sluggish as well as confirming it on my watch makes me feel poor

After my Running Hair must Haves post  a  great deal of visitors stated they put Camiseta Everton FC their hair in a bun to run (and not only since it rhymes). I tried it today as well as it didn’t work. My hair is as well heavy as well as the bun bouncing around fell before mile one. I pulled it down as well as braided it before continuing.

A great deal of unfortunate news today…

First, I believe it’s time to state goodbye to my long beach Marathon shoes… even though I have 4 other pairs of running shoes in rotation right now (not exaggerating) I like to put these on for a spin every now as well as then, however they’re dead. They’ll be missed.

Second poor news… keep in mind a while back when we got our fridge repaired? We got it from a discount rate store as a return. So it is a newer fridge that we believed we got a offer on. Nope.

The repair work guy stated there is something wrong with the freezer as well as his repair may last a month, may last a year. Well, the preliminary indications that it’s dying are happening once again as well as it’s not repairable. So, I’m going fridge buying today.

And tomorrow I’m selling a kidney. Fantastic.

Third unfortunate less-than-happy news… I have a crap ton of oatmeal as well as oatbran so I tried to make oatbran for breakfast today. Yeah, I just Camiseta Bayern Munich can’t do warm oats. My belly is super full, however my spirit is unsatisfied.

Training:

Monday: 4 miles

Tuesday: 4 miles as well as Zumba

Wednesday:  8 miles with 4 tempo

Thursday: Abs as well as strength

Friday: 10 miles at half pace

Saturday: 10K with Melissa!

Eats:

Plan all snacks as well as pack them each morning

Be picky

Be in bed by 9pm as well as checked out till sleepy
